NBK is committed to providing accessible, secure and convenient banking services for customers with visual, hearing, or physical disabilities. Through dedicated branch facilities and specially equipped Self-service Branches, we strive to enable our customers to bank independently and confidently across Kuwait.

NBK offers a range of services and facilities designed to support customers with special needs, including:

• ATMs equipped with Braille keypads and audio guidance through earphones for visually impaired customers
• Braille printing facilities
• Staff trained to assist hearing-impaired customers, including sign language support at selected branches
• Tablets providing speech-to-text functionality
• Wheelchair-accessible branch entrances and facilities
• Reserved and clearly marked parking spaces
• Debit and credit cards with customer photographs upon request
• Enhanced privacy and security facilities at selected Self-service Branches
• Dedicated enclosed glass room providing enhanced privacy and security

This location is equipped with a dedicated ATM designed to support visually impaired customers and includes:

This location is equipped with a dedicated ITM and offers:

• 24/7 access to banking services
• Live assistance from an NBK Agent through audio and video conferencing
• Dedicated enclosed glass room providing enhanced privacy and security
• Access to selected teller services without visiting a branch
• Convenient banking beyond branch operating hours
