Payment Methods

A virtual card (Digital Card) for each occasion such as: birthdays, Ramadan, Eid, graduation, newborn, Mother's Day or any special occasion and can be sent to NBK and non-NBK customers through WhatsApp, SMS or email
The card can be issued with a value of KD 25, KD 50 or KD 100
Easily add the card to all Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay digital wallets
The card can be used locally, internationally and online
The card is non-reloadable
The validity period of the card after issuance is only one year
When the sender sends the card details via WhatsApp, he must share the secret phrase with the recipient in order to view the gift card details
In order for the recipient of the card to add it to digital wallets, the recipient must receive the OTP from the sender
For any online transaction, the recipient will receive the OTP and all SMS notifications of the transaction will be received by the recipient
Card details and transactions made will not be shown to the primary cardholder "Sender" through the NBK Mobile App
All SMS notifications for any transaction made on the card are sent to the recipient
The sender of the card can resend it to the recipient in case of loss through NBK Mobile Banking and using the NBK Prepaid Gift Card Management feature
The customer can issue cards during the year "Calander Days" worth 1000 dinars for the total of all cards issued
If the card is used through digital wallets, the recipient can use it on the same day
In case the card is used for any online purchase transaction, the recipient can use the card 24 hours after the card is issued
Card cannot be replaced
The remaining amount cannot be refunded if the card expires
The card issuer customer must be 17 years old
Cash withdrawal service is not available
