To receive an NBK Diners Club Credit Card, you must have a minimum salary of KD 1500.

1. How can I access the local concierge services for premium credit cardholders and are there additional costs for the services?

   Just call +965 2231 7788. The concierge desk, managed by Qiblah Travel & Tourism, is available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day, except Fridays and public holidays. You’ll be delighted to know that the concierge service itself is free, but some services include a fee that will be charged to your NBK Credit Card. 2. Can I withdraw cash from ATMs?

   Yes, you can withdraw cash from any of NBK’s conveniently placed ATMs. What’s more, you can withdraw 100% of your available funds.
